30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order. Before returning any item, please email our support team at service@carlinkitfactory.com to receive authorization.


Eligible Returns

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Faulty Products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or soiled, you’re eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Compatibility Guarantee: If your vehicle is listed as compatible but the product doesn’t work, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding shipping) once the undamaged item is returned.
  • Change of Mind: If you no longer want the item (not due to any fault of ours), you may return it for a partial refund. A restocking fee of 19% (minimum $15) will apply. You will also be responsible for return shipping costs.

⚠️ Expedited Express Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items with visible signs of misuse, scratches, or damage
  • Missing or damaged accessories (the value will be deducted from your refund)
  • Products not returned in original packaging
  • Return requests not approved through our support team
  • Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable

Important: All returns must be pre-approved and include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will be refused.


Return Instructions

To return or exchange a product:

  1. Contact us at service@carlinkitfactory.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. We will issue an RMA label with return instructions.
  3. Print and attach the RMA label securely to the outside of your return package using clear tape.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you a confirmation. Approved returns are refunded within 7–14 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind): You cover the return shipping.
  • Seller-related returns (e.g., defective or incorrect items): We cover the return shipping.
  • Shipping costs vary depending on your location and chosen courier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at service@carlinkitfactory.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Exchanges

For faster processing, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct product.


Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Notes:

  • Customers are charged only once for shipping (including returns).
  • No restocking fee applies if the return is due to our error.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, actual return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund depending on the carrier.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing service@carlinkitfactory.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still return the item after receiving it.
