Our Extended Warranty Service provides an additional 12 months of coverage on top of your standard warranty, ensuring your in-car experience remains seamless for years to come.

    • Applicable for: T-Box Plus, T-Box LED, T-Box Ambient, and other Android AI boxes.

  • Other Products 

    • Applicable for: Accessories, screens, and other miscellaneous hardware.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

To purchase this service, your order must meet the following criteria:

  1. Site Exclusive: The device must have been purchased directly from au.carlinkitfactory.com. We cannot extend warranties for devices bought from Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, or other third-party vendors.

  2. Timeframe: Your original order must currently be within its standard 2-year warranty period. Expired warranties cannot be renewed.

⛔ What Is Not Covered?

While this extension covers mechanical and electrical failures under normal use, please note the following exclusions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accidental Damage: Drops, spills, water damage, or screen cracks.

  • Misuse: Using the device in a manner contrary to the user manual.

  • Unauthorised Modification: Tampering with internal components or flashing unofficial firmware.

  • Force Majeure: Events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, fire, theft).
